David Milliken is a training industry entrepreneur, thought leader, consultant, and Managing Partner of Blueline Simulations. David co-founded Blueline over two decades ago to create highly immersive and engaging learning experiences for organizations worldwide. Since then, Blueline has established itself as a cutting-edge designer of immersive learning designs whose passion for customers and employees knows few limits. David holds an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University.
After college, David met his mentor, Bill Byham (Founder and CEO of Development Dimensions International). Bill introduced him to the world of workforce training and assessment and inspired a passion for the power of simulations. While working at DDI, David fell in love with the idea of creating training and hiring experiences modeled after real-life challenges.
Since founding Blueline in 2002, David has been experimenting with novel ways to design and deliver synchronous, team-driven, discovery learning experiences. Every day, he aspires to make a difference in people’s lives: family, friends, employees, and customers.
In his spare time, David loves doing just about anything with Mimi, his wife of over three decades, including watching movies, having a great dinner out, playing sports (tennis, golf, and skiing), and snuggling with his 12-pound Cavachon.
