Jill George, Ph.D. is a Partner at Blueline, where she collaborates with the client team to develop immersive leadership strategies that create engagement, speed, and measurable results. She holds a BS in Psychology from Virginia Polytechnic and State University and a Master’s and PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Jill brings significant experience from a 30-year career consulting with the world’s largest companies and helping thousands of leaders manage transformation. She was Global Practice Leader, High Tech and Auto at Development Dimensions International (DDI) for over a decade. Jill also founded Transformanceworks, a company that customized transformation playbooks to fast-track digital leadership and organizational agility, engagement, innovation, and scale.
As early as the fifth grade, Jill knew that she wanted a career in L&D. To this day, her favorite part of her job is building the vision of the solution to solve clients’ problems.
Jill lives in Pittsburgh, PA, where she researches and writes historical fiction novels in her spare time. Her latest novel, Illuminating Darwin: Arabella Buckley’s Light, is nearing completion. When she is not chasing after three teenagers and their endless activities, she is a junior silversmith making silver jewelry and wearable art out of antique Victorian buttons and buckles.
