Tim Burkowske

Tim Burkowske is a Principal at Blueline, where his core focus is on operational innovation and execution to further grow Blueline’s excellent capabilities. He is lit up by finding new ways to leverage the team’s knowledge to improve learner outcomes in fresh and unique ways.

The first 14 years of Tim’s career were dedicated to creating beautiful visual designs. Tim’s work caught the eye of Allen Interactions, who wanted to make their solid instructional content aesthetically pleasing to learners. Tim spent 11 years with Allen Interactions, working in nearly every portion of the business to help bring custom interactive learning programs to life. His attention turned to directing learner experiences from inception to deployment, guiding teams and working with clients to maximize each program’s effectiveness. That skill set led to Tim’s role at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Learning Architect, where he was dedicated to high-level curriculum design, overseeing global L&D program rollout, making recommendations for best practices within the training organization, and advising segments of the firm on learning strategy.

Tim joined Blueline in 2022, and he loves the variety of learning opportunities in his role. He is driven by the knowledge that effective learning designs help people improve their performance at work and open them to greater opportunities that can enrich their lives, the lives of their families, their communities, and the organizations in which they work. He is an active member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD).

Tim lives in Plant City, FL. Whether fostering children in need, volunteering at the local animal shelter, or spending time with folks in one of the assisted living facilities, Tim and his family are dedicated to sharing the good with which they have been blessed. Most of his time is spent with his kids, dogs and, recently, the family’s chickens! Tim has been practicing the Wim Hof breathing method for the better part of a year and enjoys playing the guitar to decompress after a long week.
